Voters looking for congressional timber may want to consider filmmaker Michael Moore's candidate - a ficus tree. Moore brought a 3-foot tree to Morris County on Wednesday to announce its write-in campaign for the seat held by Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen, a Republican seeking his fourth term. "Candidates make promises and go to Washington and do nothing," Moore said. "We believe a potted plant could do no worse."
